The City Bank joins hands with Microsoft for digital safety

Apparel Correspondent: The City Bank Limited has taken collaboration from Microsoft through Tech One Global so that its employees can work safely from home using digital platforms.

The City Bank Limited has already signed an agreement with Tech One Global for taking this service. Through this partnership, The City Bank Limited has ensured a safe working environment for its employees during the global COVID-19 pandemic, a press release said recently.

In addition to making it easier for employees to work from home, Microsoft's solutions will also enable the bank to deliver a wide range of products and services to customers quickly.

The City Bank Limited’s EVP and Head of IT Mohammed Anisur Rahman said, “The global COVID-19 pandemic has forced the bank’s staff to work from home. As a result we have had to face many digital problems. In this situation, the partnership with Microsoft has helped improve the bank's operations and security.”
